7:00 p.m.— Pen Parentis presents Collaborations in Writing: working on a joint project when you have kids. Author pairs E. Ethelbert Miller and Miho Kinnas, Terry Ellen Cross and Hayes Davis, and Daniella Mustyanick and Brandi Larsen will be sharing the collaborative processes and joint efforts taken to create their respective works. 7:00 p.m.— Hear what’s new in New York City with Brooklyn Poets Staff Picks. This quarterly virtual session hosts a staff-curated lineup of strong-voiced poets. Featured poets include mallika singh, Yi Wei, and Isabella Willms-Jones. Registration is free, and this event will take place online.

7:00 p.m.— Join the Koffler Gallery as they host Treacherous Memories, Sacred Futures: Writing Workshops. Award-winning author Lisa Richter will serve as facilitator. The Synagogue at Babyn Yar exhibition will serve as inspiration for this workshop, and attendees will be asked to share their poetry, prose, fiction, or non-fiction drafts at the conclusion of the workshop.
