The British Council, in partnership with the University of London in Paris, has sponsored an online creative writing program for students and writers from the Maghreb. Writers from Morocco and Tunisia—including Algeria in the future—will work with UK-based writers and academics in a unique form of inter-cultural dialogue that will enrich all partners. Most importantly, it will provide an opportunity for writers from the Maghreb to bring their work into a wider international forum.
