Weyshawn Douglas Koons

Fall 2015 Session

San Juan Island, off the coast of Washington, in the Salish Sea, is where Weyshawn Douglas Koons put down roots and grew a family. Her favorite place to write in the summer is at the table on the deck of her tree house, overlooking a small pond. She recently graduated from Vermont College of Fine Arts with her MFA in Writing.
