Priscilla Cash

Fall 2014 Session

Priscilla Cash is a writer from York, PA who recently attended her first writers’ residency at Pine Manor college, where she is pursuing her MFA in creative writing. She wanted to work with veterans and prisoners using writing to help them deal with past traumas and experiences. Priscilla’s husband is a US Army veteran, and her work in progress is about a young man who is deployed to Afghanistan.

Cash was paired with the author Jeff Hess, who leads a weekly writing workshop for military veterans of all eras.
