Nelle Mills

Fall 2018 Session

Nelle Mills is an Affrilachian playwright, essayist, and educator. She was the 2018 Scholastic Awards Alumni-in-Residence. Nelle received her BFA in Dramatic Writing from New York University. Her work has recently been anthologized in UnCommon Bonds. Currently, she sits on the editorial board of LIES Journal and teaches creative writing to teenagers in New Orleans, where she lives with her cat named Jack.
