Kristine Jepsen

Spring 2017 Session

Kristine Jepsen is a freelancer, grant writer, and agricultural business owner in Northeast Iowa. From 2006–2015 she grew a grass-fed beef company from farmer's market booth to regional grocery brand with her husband. Her experience in the 'local foods' business and the coming of age it requires of a marriage are the subject of her memoir, the subject of this mentorship.
